Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds mushrooms, sliced
1 clove garlic
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1/2 cup wine
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon flour
salt and cayenne pepper



Directions

Cook mushrooms and onion in hot olive oil about 5 minutes, stir in flour and seasoning; add garlic and wine, cover and simmer over a low fire 10 minutes.

Remove garlic and serve.

Serves 6.
