Ingredients 3 zucchini
Directions Cut the zucchini in thin slices (about 1/4 inch thick each).
Notes Zucchini can be fried in all sorts of batters, some of which include milk and/or eggs, but my favourite remains the one my mother did when I was a child. It's incredibly simple, but it allows the taste of the zucchini to dominate, which is a good thing. Photo: Mary Melfi. |
