Stracciatella (with Swiss cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, flour and nutmeg)

Ingredients

8 cups chicken broth
4 large eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons Swiss cheese, grated
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)



Directions

o Make chicken broth.

o Beat eggs.

o Add Parmesan cheese, Swiss cheese, and flour to the beaten eggs. Mix well.

o Bring chicken broth to boil.

o Stir in cheese and egg mixture, stirring constantly, until the eggs are cooked.

o Serve warm.
