Mom's Favorite Rice/ Riso alla Mama (Re-baked rice, using tomato meat suace, Parmesan cheese and a can of mushrooms)

Ingredients

tomato meat sauce
1/2 pound rice, cooked
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 small can mushrooms
breadcrumbs



Directions

Combine rice and cheese with tomato meat sauce; mix well.

Line a large buttered mold or casserole with breadcrumbs, fill with rice mixture, and cover top with breadcrumbs.

Bake in a slow oven until brown on top.

Serves 6.
