Spaghetti and Sausage Oven Dinner (using tomato sauce, onion and Italian sausage shaped into patties)

Ingredients

1 pound spaghetti

1 pound bulk Italian sausage
1/3 cup onion, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper
2 cups tomato sauce



Directions

Cook spaghetti in salted, boiling water; drain.

Combine sausage and onion, shape into patties and brown in hot olive oil.

Place spaghetti in baking dish, top with the patties, and cover with tomato sauce about 30 minutes.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Serves 6.
