Spaghetti with Butter/Spaghetti al Burro (with salt, butter and Parmesan cheese)

1 pound spaghetti

1/4 cup sweet butter
2 tablespoons salt

Parmesan cheese, grated


Cook spaghetti in boiling, salted water; drain.

Turn cooked spaghetti into a hot dish, add butter and generous amounts of cheese; lift about with a fork or spoon until mixed to your liking.

Serve sprinkled with more cheese.

Serves 6.
