1 cup olive oil
2 lemons
Herbs
Salt and pepper
1 or 2 eels

Ingredients for a salad



Directions

Clean ell.

Fry it or gill it.

Cut into pieces.

Add to salad greens.


Notes

Eel was prepared in this way in my family in the 1970s for Christmas Eve.
