Ingredienti per 4 ps.:
8 alici
2 uova
q.b. di farina
q.b. di sale e prezzemolo
q.b. di olio extravergine di oliva

English translation
8 anchovies
2 eggs
flour, as much as is needed
salt and parsley, as much as is needed
extra virgin olive oil, as much as is neeeded

Preparazione:

Pulire e diliscare le alici.

In una terrina sbattere le uova con sale e prezzemolo.

Immergervi le alici, passarle nella farina e friggerle in olio ben caldo.



Preparation:

Skin and clean the anchovies.

In a bowl beat eggs and mix salt and parsley.

Dip the anchovies in the mixture, coat them with flour and fry them in oil that is very hot.
