Ingredients

Original Italian text:
200g di tonno sgocciolato
2 uova
100g di parmigiano grattugiato
Un pugno di mollica di pane raffermo
q.b.[quanto basta] di prezzemolo
q.b.[quanto basta] di olio extravergine di oliva

English translation

200 grams of [canned] tuna, drained
2 eggs
100 grams of grated Parmesan
A fistful of breadcrumbs
Parsley, whatever is needed
Extra virgin olive oil, whatever is needed

Original Italian text:

In una terrina sbatter le uova e aggiungere il tonno sgocciolato e sbriciolato, il parmigiano, la mollica di pane e il prexxemolo tritato. Formare delle polpettine di media grandezza, schiacciarle un po' con il palmo della mano e friggerle in olio ben caldo.



English translation:

In a bowl beat eggs, then add the drained tuna, along with the Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs and parsley. Make medium-sized tuna balls, using the palms of your hands, and then fry in hot oil.
