One Minute Omelette/Fittata di uno Minuto (using dry bread, Gruyere cheese and eggs)

Ingredients

Eggs
Gruyere cheese
Salt and pepper
Dry bread
Milk
Butter



Directions

Dip slices of dry bread in milk and place in buttered baking dish.

On top of bread lay very thin slices of Gruyere cheese.

Beat eggs with salt and pepper and pour over bread.

Place in oven until brown on top and serve hot.
