Ingredients

one pint cream
two ounces of sugar
teaspoonful powdered cinnamon
wineglassful orange water or vanilla



Directions

Put one pint cream in a copper brasin, beat for soem time with wire beater until it resembles snow, add two ounces of sugar, teaspoonful powdered cinnamon, and wineglassful orange water or vanilla, flavoring if preferred, continue beating for 15 minutes, put in glass dish, and serve.
