Ingredients

For 4 to 6 people
600 g (about 1 1/3 ounces) ricotta cheese from sheep
saffron
sugar (to taste)
sweet wine (to taste)

Per 4/6 persone
600 g ricotta di pecora
zafferano
zucchero q.b.
vino passito q.b.



Directions

Mix well the ricotta and saffron, adding a little sugar and three teaspoons of sweet wine.

Serve in a cup as a dessert; serve with a glass of dessert wine.

Amalgamare bene la ricotta e lo zafferano, unendo pochissimo zucchero e tre cucchiani di vino passito.

Da sistemare in coppa, servendo come dessert, accompagnato con un bicchiere di vino passito.
