Apple Ice (Frozen dessert using cider, sugar and orange juice)

Ingredients

1 quart sweet cider
3 cups sugar
1 pint orange juice



Directions

Mix ingredients well and let stand 3 hours.

Stir thoroughly and freeze until hard.

Keep packed in ice and salt until needed.

Makes 2 quarts.
