Ingredienti (Original Italian text)
Per 4 persone
3 uova
1 fialetta al limone
9 cucchiai di zucchero
13-14 cucchiai di farina
1 cucchiaio di olio
12-13 cucchiai di latte
1 bustina di lievito
3 mele
marmellata di pesche o albicocche q.b. (senza pezzi)

Directions

Mix eggs, sugar and lemon.

Add oil, milk and flour [and yeast].

Mix everything very well.

Let the dough rest.

Meanwhile, prepare the apples: peel and cut into thin slices.

Grease and flour a baking dish (similar to what is done for a pizza).

Place the mixture into a greased baking sheet.

Place the apple slices, arranging them in concentric circles.

Bake in a hot oven for 35 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (about 350 degrees F).

Once baked, spread over the apples a layer of jam and put in the oven for another 5 minutes.

Preparazione (Original Italian text)

Mescolare uova, limone e zucchero.

Aggiungere olio, latte e farina.

Amalgamare bene il tutto.

Lasciare riposare l'impasto.
