Ingredients

St. John's Bread/Caruba

Directions

St. John's Bread grows on trees in California, and is edible just as picked, however, the flavor is improved if roasted in a hot oven (450 degrees F) about 15 minutes.

It makes an excellent, nourishing sweet for children in place of candy.
