Ingredients
2 cups coarsely chopped walnuts
1/2 cup sugar
1/8 cup butter
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
o Heat water.
o Add sugar until it dissolves and starts to caramelize.
o Add butter.
o Add vanilla
o Add honey.
o Add walnuts, stirring continuously until all the nuts are well-coated with the syrup.
o Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
o Spread the mixture on the parchment paper.
o Flatten the mixture with a greased spatula.
o Store in the fridge for at least 8 hours.
o Cut into chunks before serving.
