Chocolate-Coated Roasted Almonds

Ingredients

Block of chocolate (preferably "Choc-N-Robe #2764")
Whole roasted almonds
Multi-colored sprinkles (optional)

Equipment needed
Double broiler
Cookie sheets
Wax paper
Baking cups (optional)




Directions

o Roast almonds.

o Melt chocolate in double boiler.

o Mix roasted almonds in melted chocolate.

o Remove and place on cookie sheets lined with wax paper.

o While the chocolate is still warm on the nuts add multi-colored sprinkles (Optional).

o Let the chocolate-coated air-dry overnight on a kitchen table (about 12 hours).

o Place the chocolate-coated almonds in paper baking cups, or on a decorative platter.

o Keep in cold room till needed.
