350 g farina
100 g burro
200 g zucchero
3 scorze grattuggiate di limone
1 bicchiere di latte
sale
olio

Directions

Melt the butter and prepare a soft dough with the flour and milk.

Spread out the dough.

Sprinkle the dough with sugar and grated lemon peel in a uniform manner.

Roll out the dough, being careful not to apply too much pressure, so that the different layers do not become too attached and cut into disks about an inch.

Fry in hot oil until they have taken on a golden color.

Stendere finemente la sfoglia;

cospargere la sfoglia con lo zucchero e le bucce grattuggiate di limone in maniera uniforme;
