Ingredients

13 eggs
1 kg of sugar
3.2 kg of flour
75 g of yeast
350 ml of olive oil
1 liter of milk
250 g of raisins
grated zest of 2 oranges and 2 lemons
rum and alchermes



Directions

The recipe in Wikibooks does not include directions on how to make the sweets. However, this style of sweet resembles an American-style donut, and is generally deep fried.
