Ingredients

3 eggs
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons oil
3 teaspoons Magic baking powder
about 2 cups of flour

Vegetable oil for frying

Directions

Mix ingredients and work into a fine dough. Let it rest for an hour.

Roll out the dough to about 3 ml in thickness.

Cut strips of dough (4 mix 20 ml).

Shape the cookie like you would a round taralli.

Fry the round-shaped dough in hot oil, using a fork to make sure the dough doesn't stick to the bottom.

Remove from the pan when the dough is golden brown.
