Ingredients
200 grams (about 7 ounces) cornmeal
100 grams (about 3-1/2 ounces) butter
80 grams (about 2-2/3 ounces) icing sugar
10 grams (about 1/3 ounce) dried elder flowers
2 egg yolks
a touch of soda water (if necessary)
Directions
Make a dough with the ingredients, if it is too firm as you are kneading it, add a touch of soda water.
Using a rolling pin roll it out to the thickness of a coin.
Cut the dough into small disks; to give them a prettier look, you can score them with the a fork or grater.
Elder flowers are a diuretic, in all modesty, they help you urinate and perspire.
