Ingredients

200 g sugar
225 g butter
250 g flour
2 large egg yolks
200 g dark chocolate or milk chocolate
salt to taste

200 g zucchero
225 g burro
250 g farina
2 grandi tuorli
200 g cioccolato fondente o al latte
sale q.b.



Directions

Put sugar, butter, flour, egg yolks and salt in a blender until the mixture is fairly smooth and creamy.

Cut the chocolate into small flakes and add to mixture with the mixer but without chopping, it is better to mix by hand.

Flour and butter or cover with parchment paper a baking sheet.

Place the dough balls (not too small) on the baking sheet.

Bake at 180 C until golden brown.



Tips: Being made of butter, these cookies have a natural tendency to flatten out (also for the absence of yeast): so do not crush them.



Preparazione (Original Italian Text)

Mettere lo zucchero, il burro, la farina, i tuorli e il sale in un mixer fino a che il composto non abbastanza cremoso ed omogeneo.

Tagliare il cioccolato in piccole scaglie ed aggiungerlo al composto ma senza tritare con il mixer, meglio mescolare a mano.

Infarinare e imburrare o ricoprire con la carta forno una teglia.

Disporre l'impasto a palline (non troppo piccole) sulla teglia.

Cuocere a 180 C fino a quando non dorano.



Consigli: Essendo a base di burro, questi biscotti tendono naturalmente ad appiattirsi (anche per l'assenza di lievito): evitate quindi di schiacciarli.
