Grammy's Crunchy Crisps (with oatmeal, brown sugar, coconut and vanilla)

Ingredients

1 cup margarine
1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 cups oatmeal
1 cup coconut
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla



Directions

Cream margarine and sugar well.

Add egg; beat.

Stir in oatmeal, vanilla and coconut.

Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; stir into oatmeal mixture.

Mixture will be thick.

Form into balls; place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake in 350 degrees F oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
