Ingredients

1 egg white
100 grams of sugar
100 grams of roasted almonds (blanched), sliced in half or quartered, depending on their size



Directions

Beat egg whites and sugar until stiff peaks are formed. Place small portions in paper cups on a cookie sheet. Back in a 350 F degrees oven for 40 minutes.
