Ingredients
3 cups almonds, finely ground
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons almond extract
For rolling
Icing sugar

3 tazze di mandorle macinate
1 tazza di zucchero
2 uova
2 c. a te di estratto di mandorle
Zucchero a velo
Directions
o Roast the almonds in a 325 F degree oven.
o Mix almonds and sugar.
o Finely grind sugar with roasted almonds.
o Add the eggs to the sugar and roasted almond mixture.
o Make small balls and roll in icing sugar on a plate.
o Bake for about 10-12 minutes.

Riscaldare il forno a 325 F. gradi.
Mischiare le mandorle e lo zucchero.
Aggiungere le uova e l'estratto di mandorle.
Fare piccole sfere e rotolarle nello zucchero a velo in un piatto.
Cuocere al forno per 10-12 minuti.
