Amaretti Biscuits (flourless Italian cookies made with almonds, sugar and egg whites)

1 kg. Almonds (may be roasted, white almonds or powdered almond flour)
4 cups sugar
8 egg whites


After mixing above ingredients, set batter aside for 8 hours before baking.

Once 8 hours have lapsed roll batter in small balls, the size of a golf ball.

Grease pan with Crisco & spread some flour on baking sheet.

Bake at 350-375 F degrees.
