Mostaccioli con le Mandorle (Italian almond cookies, with flour, honey and cinnamon)

6 eggs
16 oz. of sugar
16 oz. of honey
6 teaspoons of Magic baking powder
8 oz. of flour
1 pound of roasted almonds, cut very small
A touch of cinnamon


Mix all the ingredients together.

Rub your hands with a little oil and then make forms that look like sticks or "bastongini" in Italian.

Cook in a 300 degree F oven for about 40 minutes.
