Tiramisu allo yougurt (layered with yogurt and ladyfingers, flavored with coffee, topped with cocoa)

Ingredients

500 g (about 16 ounces) ladyfingers
500 g (about 16 ounces) low-fat yogurt
a cup of coffee
1 tablespoon sugar (or 2 packets of sweetener)
cocoa powder
10 tablespoons liqueur to taste

Equipment needed
rectangular pan (cake will be served in this)

Ingredienti (Original Italian text)
500 g savoiardi
500 g yogurt magro
una tazza caffe
1 cucchiaio zucchero (oppure 2 bustine di dolcificante)
cacao in polvere
10 cucchiai liquore a piacere



Directions

Pour the sweetened coffee (with a spoon of sugar or two packets of sweetener) in a bowl, diluted in a bit of water.

In this coffee mixture slightly dip the ladyfingers.

Arrange a part of the ladyfingers (dipped in coffee) on the bottom of a rectangular container so as to form a layer.

Cover with half of the yogurt, level the mixture so that it is even.

Form another layer of soaked ladyfingers, then pour the remaining yogurt.

Place the tiramisu in the refrigerator.

Just before serving, cover the surface with cocoa.



Preparazione (Original Italian text)

Versare il caffe zuccherato (con un cucchiaio raso di zucchero o due bustine di dolcificante) in una terrina e allungarlo con un po' d'acqua.

In questo inzuppare leggermente i savoiardi.

Disporre una parte dei biscotti sul fondo di un recipiente rettangolare in modo da formare uno strato.

Coprire con met dello yogurt e livellare bene.

Formare un altro strato di savoiardi inzuppati, quindi versare lo yogurt rimasto.

Mettere il tiramisu in frigorifero.

Al momento di servire ricoprire la superficie con il cacao facendolo cadere da un colino.
