Ingredients

for 4 persons:
3 eggs
300g sugar
300g flour
100g butter
1/2 packet of yeast for sweets [e.g. Paneangeli]
nuts to taste
raisins to taste
grated lemon peel
1 pear
1 banana
1 apple

Ingredienti (Original Italian text)
per 4 persone:
3 uova
300g zucchero
300g farina
100g burro
1/2 bustina di lievito (per dolci)
noci q.b.
uvetta q.b.
limone grattugiato
1 pera
1 banana
1 mela



Directions

Put the eggs into a bowl and mix with sugar. Next add the flour.

Melt the butter in a double boiler and pour in the mixture. Add the yeast and mix thoroughly.

Finally, put the walnuts, raisins, grated lemon, a pear, a banana and an apple cut into cubes.

Bake at 180 degrees C.



Preparazione

Mettere in un recipiente le uova con lo zucchero e mescolare.

Successivamente aggiungere la farina.

Far sciogliere il burro a bagno maria e versarlo nell'impasto.

Aggiungere il lievito e mescolare il tutto. Infine mettere le noci, l'uvetta, il limone grattugiato, una pera, una banana e una mela tagliati a cubetti.
