Chocolate Cinnamon Cake (with vegetable oil, cocoa, cinnamon, milk and vanilla)

Ingredients

1 3/4 cups flour
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
2 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2/3 cup oil
1 1/4 cups milk
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar



Directions

Blend first 6 ingredients.

Add oil, milk and vanilla; stir until smooth.

In another bowl, beat eggs; add sugar.

Gently pour sugar mixture into flour mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 to 40 minutes.

Cool for 10 minutes.
