Marble Cake (with vegetable oil, milk and vanilla; swirled with Quik)

Ingredients

4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup oil
1/2 cup milk
3 teaspoons Magic baking powder
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/2 cups Robin Hoold flour
2 tablespoons [powdered chocolate] Quik



Directions

Mix eggs, sugar, oil, milk and vanilla; beat well for 4 minutes.

add flour and beat well.

Add baking powder; beat for 2 minutes.

Spray a cake pan with Pam.

Mix a small amount of batter with Quick.

Pour remaining batter in the pan.

Spread Quik mixture over top; using knife, swirl into batter, zigzag motion to make a marbled effect.
