Sponge Cake (with vegetable oil, eggs, sugar and baking powder)

Ingredients

6 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 teaspoons lemon extract
1 cup oil
1 1/2 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder



Directions

Beat eggs and sugar well.

Add vanilla and lemon extract.

Slowly add the oil.

Add flour and baking powder.

Bake in an oblong pan in a 350 degrees F oven for 45 minutes.
