Apple Cake with Chocolate Chips (flavored with cinnamon, walnuts and almonds)

Ingredients

3 eggs
8 oz sugar
6 oz oil
Pinch salt
16 oz flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon magic baking powder
6 oz chocolate chips
24 oz white apples, grated or chopped finely
4 oz walnuts, minced
4 oz almonds, minced



Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl with mixer.

Once well mixed, place in a greased flat cake pan (preferably lasagna pan).

Bake in a 350 degrees F oven for about 50 minutes.
