Ingredients

Oranges
Fennel
Black Olives
Olive Oil



Directions

Slice oranges (into circles), slice fennel bulbs. Add olives.

Arrange on platter and drizzle with olive oil.

Serve as a first course for the St. Joseph's Feast Day meal.
